You may have seen us in the Seawork Show News in Maritime Journal, but if you haven’t, we are booked in and will have a water stand for the show next year! We are really excited and will be showcasing a number of new products, for most of which, it will be the first time they will have been seen in the UK! We are currently in the final stages of planning the stand layout, with ideas going to and fro, with even the possibility of a little competition for our visitors…watch this space!
The SeaWork show will celebrate it’s 23rd Anniversary in 2020 and takes place down in Mayflower Park, Southampton each year for three days in June. Make note of Tuesday 9th- Thursday 11th June 2020 in your calendars! The exhibition has both undercover, indoor space and outdoor stands, some on the water giving demonstrations of the latest technological innovations. Last year we went as visitors and were amazed at the diversity of industry and incredible technology at the forefront of the marine industry. We spent a good twenty minutes out in the harbour on the huge Skylift 3000, a jackup barge of incredible proportions, followed by the ride of our lives on the Milpro Zodiac Hurricane; an amazing boat, incredibly smooth with astounding steering and tight turns. Moving on though, it wouldn’t be fair to talk about the experiences and forget the cracking hog roast and cheeky half Guinness for lunch….. Yes, the food stalls were as good as the products on show! We returned to HQ and quickly started planning a stall and booked our water stand when we had a basic idea of what we could do there. That plan has grown and grown and we are now getting pretty excited. There’s still much to do, but we wanted to let you know that we, our modular cubes, Rotodock pontoons, and quite a few new products will be out on the water next June!
Now with the summer sun back in your minds, go and cosy up next to log fire with a hot chocolate and enjoy the long winter evenings. Happy weekends all!
